Following changes with regard to the name of the Company and the Technical Operator has been carried out in the current year 2017, which is detailed as below: a) Change of Name of the Company from Univan Ship Management (HK) Ltd to Anglo-Eastern Tanker Management(HK) Ltd was done on 20th Feb but there was no change in fleet, the procedures, policies, personnel both ashore and at shore, flag, owner and class, only logical changes to the Name of the company. b) Technical operator change was done on 22 August 2017 from Anglo-Eastern Tanker Management (HK) Ltd. to Anglo Ardmore Ship Management Ltd. whereby the Existing Technical Operator and the Owners decided to form a Joint Venture Company within the Anglo Eastern Group having a separate DOC.
But here has been no change in the procedures, policies, personnel ashore and at shore, flag, owner and class, only logical changes to the Name of the company name and the DOC change was done. The Flag and all Classification societies were informed and they had agreed to same and relevant certificates for the vessel were re-issued accordingly with the New Technical Operator /Company Name.
The Ardmore (Owner) fleet that was operated earlier under Anglo-Eastern Tanker Management (previously called Univan Ship Management) was placed under the new Technical Operator named Anglo Ardmore Ship Management Ltd. |
